Are the E-Cards Free?
Absolutely! It is Free for anyone who wishes to send an e-card.

Do I have to be a member to send an e-card?
No. You don't have to sign up for membership to send e-cards. You could sign up for our newsletter to get updates and special promos by GoGoCards.com.

How do I send an e-card?
It's very simple. Just select a card and fill out the necessary information - your name, email, the recipient's name, email, and press send.

How do I view an e-card that someone has sent to me?
Click on the colored link in the email that you have received from the sender and you will automatically see the card. If the link is inactive, copy the entire URL and paste it on to a browser. Or you can copy the card number from your email and paste it into the get card box.

Why can't I click on the link in the email that I've received?
Most people are able to see and click directly on the active hyperlink in their email but a small number of email readers, such as that of AOL, do not automatically highlight the URL as an active hyperlink.

Is there a limit to the number of e-cards that I could send?
Not at all! You can send as many as you like!

How do I pick up an e-card?
You can pick up your e-card by clicking on the link in your email. If the link is not active, copy and paste the entire link (eg. http://www.gogocards.com/pickup.asp?PickupID=EEJ4149KZ) and paste it on to your browser. Another way to pick up your card is to copy the card number (eg. "CWT0048VQ") and enter it into the "Enter E-card#" field on GoGoCards' main page and click the "Go" button.

Why am I having trouble viewing your cards?
Our cards can be viewed on almost any computers. There may be two reasons why you are having trouble viewing the cards:

   1. Your computer does not support some of the technology required by GoGoCards to view some cards. Our special effect cards such as Lake, Book Flip, and Snow Effect cards require Java technology. Currently, this technology is not supported by WebTV and very old browsers.

   2. Your computer/browser supports the Java technology but is disabled. Java can be disabled from the browsers advanced options or by 'very high' security settings. If you are accessing the internet through a company network, your network administrator may have disabled Java for everybody.

Why do I see a gray square instead of the card?
Chances are, you've just received a special effect card such as a Lake or Snow Effect card. Either your computer/browser does not support Java or it is disabled. If you're using Netscape 3.0+ or Internet Explorer 3.0+, make sure that that Javascript and Java are enabled/turned on.

I'm an AOL user and I'm experiencing some problems and delays. What can I do to fix this?
We suggest you upgrade your browser to Netscape 4.xx or Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.xx. Contact AOL support for information about free upgrades and configurations to access advanced web sites.
